90-day money-back guarantee
Try any AuraVita patch for up to 90 days from the delivery date. If you don't feel a difference, email us for a full refund — opened or unopened.
How to start a return
Send an email to returns@auravita.example with your order number. We'll reply within one business day with simple instructions and (for US orders) a prepaid return label.
Refund timing
Once we receive your return — or confirm an unopened order — refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Subscriptions
You can pause, skip or cancel an active subscription anytime from the account portal link in your shipping email. Subscription orders are also covered by the 90-day guarantee.
Damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, send us a photo at support@auravita.example within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and final-sale promotional bundles are not eligible for refunds.
