Information we collect
Account details (name, email, password), order details (shipping address, items, payment confirmation from Stripe), and basic browsing data (device, pages viewed, referrer) collected through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use your information
To fulfill orders, manage subscriptions, send transactional emails, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — with your consent — send marketing about new products and offers.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. AuraVita never sees or stores your full card details. Stripe's privacy practices are described at stripe.com/privacy.
Sharing your information
We share data only with service providers that help us run the store (Stripe for payments, shipping carriers, email and analytics providers). We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies for the shopping cart, authentication, analytics and — with consent — marketing attribution. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the store may not work as expected.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email privacy@auravita.example and we'll respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We retain order records for as long as required by tax and consumer-protection laws, and account data until you ask us to delete it.
