Email returns@auravita.example with your order number. We'll reply within one business day with simple instructions and (for US orders) a prepaid return label.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of confirming the return.
Subscriptions are covered too
Subscription orders are covered by the same 30-day guarantee. You can also skip, delay, or cancel anytime from your account.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo to support@auravita.example within 14 days and we'll ship a replacement on us.
What's not covered
Gift cards and final-sale promotional bundles are excluded from the guarantee.
